A1. aFirewall means Android Firewall. It allows you to configure multi-scenes to block different call or SMS at different time.
For example, you maybe only want to receive parents and friends' calls in weekends, you can put your most relative persons into white lists as below;
and add a scene in scenes settings and set the call block mode and SMS block mode to accept white only on Saturday and Sunday;
as result, so aFirewall keep unwanted callers at bay during this period of time. and log them for you to have a check;
Now you can enjoy your happy weekends in the future.

A2. aFirewall supports to block unknown anonymous calls in Scenes settings. If you want to block anonymous calls, you can update the default scene's call block mode to following mode according to your requirements.
1. Block unknown call;
2. Block black and unknown;
3. Accept contacts include black;
4. Accept contacts exclude black;
5. Accept white only.
A3. As you know, aFirewall allows you to configure multi scenes to block different call and SMS at different time. Below is how to check aFirewall's settings if the current call and SMS block mode is "block black".
1). Please find out what scenes are enabled. A number maybe be blocked in some scenes, and maybe be accepted in other scenes. That is to say, that whether a call will be blocked or be accepted depends on your settings at all. Following two figures indicate aFirewall current call block mode and SMS block mode are "Block black". If the caller's number is not in black list his calls will be accepted.
2). Let us check black number. Please make sure that the black number includes its area code( For example, 620-222-0846's area code is 620). Besides, if the number is a international number, please make sure that the number includes the country code.
3). Please make the aFirewall monitoring services are enabled. Otherwise, aFirewall will not work, all call and SMS will come through.
A4. aFirewall allows you to configure multi scenes to block different call and SMS at different time. It has following features.
1). You can add black number or white number from call log, SMS log, contacts or add it manually;
2). Multi scenes is supported;
3). You can set Call Block Mode and SMS Block Mode seperately;
4).Support to multi hangup mode. You can forward the blocked calls to voicemail or a non-existing number. And you can set aFirewall to accept and hangup blocked calls to avoid forwarding to voicemail.
5). Prefix wildcard supported;
6). SMS response to blocked call was supported;
7). Password setting is supported;
8). SMS keywords Block is supported;
9). Export and Import of black list, white list, settings and blocking record are supported.
10). Complete log for rejected calls/messages.
A5. The black list is the numbers which you don't want to accept their calls or SMS. On the contrary, the white list is the number which they are the most people to you.
A6. Private Number means that its number was hidden and we don't know the exact number of a call.
A7. The replied SMS is the same as the normal one, aFirewall will not charge for it, but the provider will.
A8. aFirewall can work well with offical Messaging application. But aFirewall can't be compatible with the third-party application such as ChompSMS and SMSPopup, etc.
A9. aFirewall can't block MMS temporarily.
